1. Shipping Information
CryptoRabbit is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. As such, shipping methods, timeframes, and costs are determined by individual sellers. Each listing will specify the shipping options available for that particular item. Sellers are responsible for shipping items promptly after receiving payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes vary depending on the seller, the shipping method selected, and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. Sellers are required to ship items within 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation unless otherwise specified in the listing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the seller and will be clearly displayed on the product listing and at checkout. Factors that may affect shipping costs include the size and weight of the item, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. Some sellers may offer free shipping on certain items or orders above a specified amount.
4. International Shipping
Many sellers on CryptoRabbit offer international shipping. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check your country's customs policies before placing an order.
5. Tracking Information
Sellers are encouraged to provide tracking information for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information if available. You can track your order through your CryptoRabbit account or by using the tracking number provided by the seller with the appropriate carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. CryptoRabbit and sellers are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact the seller immediately. Please note that address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the seller directly through the CryptoRabbit messaging system. Most sellers will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier, sending a replacement item, or providing a refund. If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller, you can open a dispute through CryptoRabbit's resolution center.
8. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. It does not indicate that your order has been shipped. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation when your order has been shipped.
